Track learner progress and performance directly inside the platform — no external tools or separate logins required. Interactive dashboards, filterable tables, and CSV exports are all built in.
GETTING THERE
Navigate to: Admin > Analytics
The reporting interface opens with four main tabs at the top of the page:
- Progress — Completion and assignment tracking. See where learners are in their content.
- Performance — Scores, confidence metrics, and question-level analysis. See how well learners are doing.
- Groups — An overview of completion by group
- Attributes — An overview of completion by attribute
PROGRESS TAB
The Progress tab shows how learners are moving through content. Use the six sub-views to zoom in at different levels of granularity.
Sub-views:
View | What it shows |
| Courses | Course-level completion rates and active learner counts |
| Learners | Per-learner completion ratios across all assigned content |
| Lessons | Lesson completion status and progress for each learner |
| Quizzes | Quiz completion, scores, and attempt counts |
| SCORM | SCORM module progress and completion tracking |
| Assignments | Course assignment coverage broken down by group |
Select a sub-view to load its report table. Every view supports sorting, filtering, and CSV export.
PERFORMANCE TAB
The Performance tab focuses on how well learners are doing, not just whether they finished. Three sub-views are available.
Sub-views:
View | What it shows |
| Groups | Average scores by learning group, displayed as bar charts |
| Learners | Individual learner scores with confidence metrics |
| Quizzes | Per-question analysis, score distributions, and answer breakdowns |
Score vs. Confidence Charts
Found in Performance > Quizzes. Each point on the scatter chart represents a learner, color-coded by learning group. Use it to spot groups that are overconfident or underperforming. Click any group to drill into learner-level detail.
Pass/Fail Thresholds
Each quiz can have its own minimum passing score. The reporting interface highlights pass/fail status automatically, making it easy to identify learners who need additional support.
| TIP: Set passing thresholds on your quizzes before reviewing performance reports. Pass/fail indicators only appear when a threshold has been configured. |
FILTERS
All report views share a consistent set of filtering controls:
- Date range — Narrow results to a specific time period.
- Status filters — Filter by completion status, enrollment status, or other relevant criteria.
- Column sorting — Click any column header to sort ascending or descending. Sorting is handled server-side, so it works across all pages of results.
- Pagination — Navigate through large datasets page by page.
| Note: Filters persist as you switch between sub-views within the same tab — no need to re-apply them each time. |
CSV EXPORT
Every report view supports CSV export. Here's how to get the data you need:
- Apply your filters — Set your date range and any status filters first. The export respects all active filters.
- Click Export — The button appears in the report toolbar. Your data will begin generating.
- Download automatically — The .csv file downloads to your device once it's ready.
| TIP: Apply your filters before exporting. The export reflects exactly what's on screen, giving you a clean dataset without any manual post-processing. |
| NOTE: Large exports may take a few seconds to generate. The file will download automatically once it's ready. |
