Once you've registered a learner, an invitation email will be sent to them with a temporary password. Sometimes a learner might not receive this email due to it being flagged as spam, or if the email is entered in incorrectly.
You can resend the invitation email and generate a new temporary password from the administrator tool.
- Navigate to the Users tab
- Search for your user and click on their profile
- If there are any mistakes in their email, you can correct them now, and click save in the upper right.
- Select "Resend Welcome Email" If you receive a confirmation message, then your learner should immediately receive a new invitation email
If a learner has already logged in for the first time and created a new permanent password, but has forgotten their password, you can send them an email to reset their password using the same steps as above.
Force Logout
You can also force-logout a user, ending every active session that user has across every device and browser they're signed into. The action takes a required reason and takes effect immediately — the next thing the user does in any tab or app drops them back to the sign-in screen.
