Your content in Ethos is organized in a hierarchy including Courses, and Lessons & Quizzes.
Courses
Courses contain a grouping of Lessons and Quizzes on a related topic. Courses are best imagined as a collection of all of the training on a specific topic - for example, you may have one course on Company History, a course on Product Use, and another on Management Basics. Some courses may only be relevant to one group of people, while other courses are shared with many.
Lessons & Quizzes
Inside Courses are Lessons & Quizzes. Lessons are intended to instruct or explain, while quizzes are designed to assess. Lessons and Quizzes are organized into a specific order inside a course. Lessons & Quizzes can only exist inside one course; if duplicated into a different course, completion will not sync between lessons or quizzes with the same name/content. A Course on Company History for example might contain Lessons on Company Founders, Early Growth, Product Timeline, and Current Leadership with a final Company History Quiz at the end.
